Lee's Legion Color Guard was formed in 1999 by Orange County Chapter President Larry J. Magerkurth (President General 2011-2012), Right Reverend Louis V. Carlson, Jim F. Blauer, Karl W. Jacobs, Walter L. Davis and Floyd J. Shadwick.
